On October 7th, 1991, 26-year-old Tomarion "cookie", "Paula" Phillips Momodu was last seen in the 6300 block of W. 11th Pl at 7 pm in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She said she was going to the store and never returned to her apartment. Her brother, Donald Phillips, reported her missing on October 7th.
Lora was last seen at a south Oklahoma City bar (SE 29th Street & May) and never attempted to contact her mother or 6-year old daughter again.

Londa Phillips, a 22 year old black female, is the sister of Paula Phillips. Londa was reported missing by a boyfriend after she failed to arrive at her relative's home. Londa and Paula may be together.
Paula Phillips, a 26 year old black female, is the sister of Londa Phillips. The Victim left her apartment at 1900 hours on 10-03-1991 stating she was going to the store. She was never seen again. Paula and Londa may be together.

Billy Storkson, a 36 year old white male, was last contacted on 10-22-1991 at approximately 0300 hours when he called several friends and family members requesting they pick him up. All refused and he was never seen again. His location at the time of his call is believed to be Carla's Lounge, 1100 S Denver Ave.
Reported missing by her male roommate, three days after having last seen her. He said she left her glasses and driver's license in the home.
Roley Butler, a 38 year old Indian male, was reported missing by his father after the victim failed to contact his family. The victim was known to frequent the area of the Salvation Army, near Archer Street and Denver Avenue.
Left on a Tuesday, went to work with employer off moving/storage company - supposed to return on Friday. Never seen again.

Monique was last seen in Moore, Oklahoma on June 2, 1992. At the time of her disappearance, Monique occasionally wore blue wire-framed glasses.
On February 17, 1993, during the morning hours, Tracy Samuels dropped her son off at her parents' residence in Jenks, Oklahoma. Tracy told her mother that she was going to a job interview. Tracy's vehicle was discovered abandoned in the Cherry Hills Apartments in Tulsa. Tracy was last seen getting into a white GMC or Chevy flatbed pickup truck driven by a white male.
Orlandas was last seen around 9-10 pm on April 29th, 1994 leaving his mother’s house, located in the 9800 block of Bartlett Road, where he lived at the time. He was on his way to pick up his fiancée and they were going to a club in Del City. He never arrived at his fiancee’s house. His car was found a few days later by two of his sisters and a preacher who were searching for him in the 4200 block of N. Greenwood, near Spencer, Oklahoma. Neighbors stated the car had been parked there for days. There was blood in the car and the drivers side window was busted in.
Jason Allen Gibson has been missing from Ardmore, Oklahoma since September 1st, 1994. He was 22 years old. There are few details known about the disappearance of Jason. He may have been unhoused at the time.
John attended a family reunion at his niece's residence in Mannford, Oklahoma, during the month of June. He left after the reunion and no one heard from him again. He lives a transient lifestyle; working off the grid, taking a bus from one city to the next. He wasn't married and we don't know of any children he may have had. No one in the immediate family or extended family has heard from him since then.
Buffy Sue Harris Mayo went missing on July 12, 1994 from her Tulsa home. Buffy was last seen alive at her home on South Utica Avenue in Tulsa. Her husband stated that she left the home at approximately one or two in the morning to go buy cigarettes. She never returned. According to her husband and her adoptive mother, Buffy was a sex worker and was known to disappear from time to time.

Lisa M. McCrary was last seen on November 23, 1995.Lisa was last seen leaving her apartment to meet a friend three days before Thanksgiving. She never returned. Little else is known about the circumstances of her disappearance.
Last seen in Ardmore. She had been working in a storage facility in Lone Grove. She returned to a friend's home in Ardmore and stated that she planned to return to the storage area to rearrange things and then would return to her residence in Oklahoma City.
Robert Foster went missing from Oklahoma City on January 25, 1996. According to his girlfriend, Rob dropped her off at work on the 25th and then went to a friend’s house to speak with him about a vehicle that Rob was buying from him. Allegedly a fight broke out between the two friends, with Rob’s parting words being “If Jennifer calls tell her I went to Bricktown to make a call.”. No one would file Rob missing until February 8th, when Jennifer contacted his parents wanting his social security number in order to file a missing persons report. This is when Bud and Patsy Foster would learn their only child was missing.
Richard Rounsaville, a 43 year old white male was last seen January 1996 at which time he was living near a hospital and was preparing to get his own apartment.

Last seen alive by family when Kristi came to visit her home in Bixby. Possible driving tickets in 1999, unknown home address.
Walked away from Western State Hospital.
Amber was last seen leaving a friend's house on her bicycle. Her bicycle was found in Denniston Park in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Foul play is suspected.
Lucian Townley was last seen on January 15, 1998, at a convenience store in Barnsdall, Oklahoma, in Osage County. Townley lived in Barnsdall at the time of his disappearance. (Barnsdall is within the boundaries of the Osage Nation.)
Leonard Dirickson was last seen at his farm by his son. He got into a white 1994 Ford F-150 single cab pickup (possible New Mexico plates with a yellow tag on the front of the pickup) with an unknown male driver and went to go look at a horse in Mobeetie, Texas and then north of Elk City, Oklahoma to look at horse. He told his son he would be back after lunch. He was never seen again.
Lauria and Ashley were discovered missing after a fire destroyed the trailer Ashley and her family lived in. The bodies of Ashley's parents were discovered in the trailer but Ashley and Lauria have not been seen since.
Kimberly Mullens was last seen with her husband at the residence.
Robert went to a cabin on a private lake. All of Robert Fulton's personal belongings, including his billfold, was left behind in the cabin. The lake was drained, but body was not located or recovered.
Boaz was last seen on a bus in Oakland, CA. He was on Christmas leave from basic training at Fort Sill, OK. He was headed for San Francisco, but it is undetermined if Boaz ever arrived to his destination. He may need medication.
Ashley and Lauria were discovered missing after a fire destroyed the trailer Ashley and her family lived in. The bodies of Ashley's parents were discovered in the trailer but Ashley and Lauria have not been seen since.
Family believes Baker was murdered by her Hispanic boyfriend in the late 1990s somewhere in northwestern Oklahoma or the Oklahoma panhandle.

Authorities in Noel, Missouri, discovered Fox's abandoned car eight months after she went missing. Fox was 23 when she went missing.

Last seen by family on a brand new motorcycle just before Thanksgiving of 1995.
Michael was abducted at gunpoint from his school by a man who has since been taken into police custody. The child's whereabouts are still unknown. Michael has a scar on his forehead and has two new crooked bottom teeth. He was last seen wearing a blue T-shirt with red sleeves, red and blue shorts and black high-top sneakers.
Sherryl visited with her mother on June 23, 1999 in OKC to borrow money. The date of July 23rd in the Adair County MP report is incorrect according to family.
Mary Jane Milam disappeared between Clinton, Oklahoma and Las Vegas, Nevada somewhere around 1/22 - 1/24/91. Milam was traveling with her husband Frank Milam who reported her missing in Las Vegas, Nevada.

On 03-08-1999 Leighton Thomas Willis was involved in a single vehicle collision and left the scene on I-35 and MM 203 in Noble County Oklahoma. He was contacted by a Wichita Police Officer on 04-24-1999 at 1421 hours.
Exact circumstances of Yancey's disappearance are unlear. He was reported missing by family members but law enforcement did not take a missing person report since Yancey was wanted at the time.
